Our National and Regional Engagement Managers work closely with schools to support tourism, creative, beauty, barbering, and design pathways. They are available to collaborate with teaching staff on curriculum planning, provide industry-informed advice, and engage in open discussions to ensure learning aligns with real-world career opportunities.
Our team regularly delivers inspiring school presentations, designed to spark curiosity and excitement about careers across the Airline, Travel & Tourism, Creative, Beauty, and Barbering industries. These sessions cover everything students want to know — including salaries, career progression, qualifications, job opportunities, and industry expectations — helping learners make informed decisions about their futures.
What truly sets our Engagement Team apart is their depth of industry experience. Each member brings a wealth of knowledge and personal insight, sharing real stories from their own professional journeys. This authentic perspective gives students a genuine understanding of what working in these industries looks like, beyond the classroom.
For staff and teachers, our Engagement Team is available to meet regularly to share updates on our latest programmes, resources, and opportunities available to your students. We value strong, ongoing relationships with schools and aim to be a consistent point of support.
We also work closely with Careers Advisors, Gateway Coordinators, and STAR Teachers, ensuring they are fully informed about all Yoobee Colleges Ltd offerings. Where possible, our Engagement Managers will also represent your school community at Career Expos and events, acting as an extension of your careers team.
